Don's Fishing Retreat is a beloved 2 bedroom 2 bath home in the Cave Springs Park near the Dunsmuir Botanical Gardens and some of the best fishing water on earth. This home is prefect for a small family, a few fishing buddy's, or a solo fisherman looking for a comfortable base to explore Historic Dunsmuir and the Upper Sacramento River.  Follow the short trail at the back of the property that Uncle Don used to access the Botanical Garden's park & play ground as well as the river access. There are trails from the Gardens along the river to those more secluded areas and a connecting trail to  Tauhindauli Park & river access. Centrally located in Dunsmuir it is a short walk to several parks, restaurants and waterfalls. A short drive will find you in Historic downtown Dunsmuir or Castle Crags State park to the south or Mt. Shasta City & the Ski Park to the north.  The home features a comfortable living room with a 48" smart tv. Log into your account and stream your favorite shows. A full kitchen with modern appliances makes preparing and serving meals a breeze. The main bedroom has a comfortable queen bed with a privet bathroom and walk-in closet. Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
