This fabulous home that backs up to Lake Siskiyou is a monthly rental and requires a minimum of 30 nights. Newly remodeled in quiet culdesac with gorgeous kitchen - open to living room, wooded area. Back gate with nice trail (can be steep)  just steps to the wrap around trail for the lake and bridge It is a hike to get down to the trails and lake and safety is a concern for little ones.. Lake Siskiyou and beach just a short drive away. Mt Shasta Golf Resort just around corner.

This a quiet neighborhood and the residents are very peaceful, we ask that noise is kept to a minimum along with traffic.

 
Large comfy home, three large bedrooms and plenty of light throughout the day.  Lots of space in the kitchen stocked with everything you need for gourmet breakfasts or BBQ's.  Spacious Back deck with table and chairs - and BBQ.  Enjoy the private feeling surrounded by tall pines. The home is tastefully furnished and hosts a fireplace, it also has a spacious deck. Totally comfortable and quiet. Smell the pines and relax! Quiet and beautiful pines with the lake just feet away! Also close to Castle Lake and many more if you explore the trails. Close to Mt Shasta Resort Golf.  Who could ask for more?

Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
