With three comfortable bedrooms this is a perfect home for family gatherings, a Fisherman's base camp, or a Girlfriend retreat. The full Kitchen has everything you need to prepare your signature dishes. Or grill up some tasty BBQ on the deck. The living room is cozy with high vaulted ceilings that overlook the deck - direct access to the deck brings you right to the river. *Note, as with all Dunsmuir homes, the railroad line is close although this chalet is built solid and the train sound is somewhat muted. Bring earplugs is you are sensitive.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
